Deal With Follow-Up Email Messages

Some email messages may have been tagged for follow up by yourself or other agents.

  1. Click the Menu MenuButton.png button and then select Follow-up Messages. A list of tagged messages appears in a panel on the right of the screen, with the oldest message first.

Note: to see only those messages tagged for follow up by a specific agent in a specific agent group, first select the agent group from the options list and then select the agent from the new options list that is displayed.

  1. Click a message that you want to handle. This opens the message in the left panel along with the usual handling options such as reply, forward, and delete.
