View Your Activity Log

The Activity Log panel provides a breakdown of your personal activity during the day and displays overall statistics (configured by your support representative) based on your total and average durations in each status for the day.

  1. Click the Menu  button and then select Activity Log.
  2. Use the drop-down menu to filter the list by any available status or to show all status change activity.

  1. When you have finished viewing the activity log, click Close to hide it.

You can click the Refresh Refresh.png button to refresh the list. Status changes may take up to five minutes to appear in the list.
