Using DTA with Salesforce

Use this section if your DTA has been set up to run within the Salesforce portal. This allows you to answer calls and deal with incoming messages from within the Salesforce CRM interface.

  1. Log on to your Salesforce account and ensure that you are using Console mode. (Use the drop-down in the top right of the screen.)
  2. Click the Phone button at the bottom of the screen to open the DTA interface in a resizable window in Salesforce.

Alternatively, if you are using Salesforce Classic, click the Window  button in the top-right corner of the Login screen to display the DTA interface in a separate window.

  1. Log on to DTA using your usual storm credentials.
