Should an organisation experience intermittent faults, Content Guru Engineering Services can enable a call Quality Report button for customers who require it. A button is then available in the Settings menu.
Click the Quality Report button to display a customised list of issues. You can then select an issue and add comments in the text box below the list.
When you click the Send button, the selected issue, any comments entered, the name of the DTA user who reported the issue and some other data is sent directly to Content Guru's Engineering Service Support Teams to help them troubleshoot the problem.
