Set Custom Unavailable Statuses

  1. Click the Menu MenuButton.png button and then select Settings.
  2. Select User Status.
  3. Create a new user status by entering the status description in the field at the top of the screen and then click the Add button.

Although this will now appear in the availability status section of the screen when you click the DownArrow1.png button, it will not appear for other agents until they next log in.

Note: the system sees all custom unavailable statuses as 'unavailable' when routing contacts.
